WhatsApp enquiries and free trials

A WhatsApp message is an enquiry only. It is not a confirmed booking and creates no payment obligation. The visitor must review the prepared message and press Send inside WhatsApp; the website does not send it automatically.

One free 40-minute trial is available per learner, with no payment required and no obligation to purchase a plan. A trial is confirmed only after Salaam Center confirms teacher and schedule availability. Trial and lesson availability depends on the available teachers and times.

Paid lessons begin only after the plan, schedule, these Terms and payment are confirmed. The website does not collect online payments. Service and payment information is communicated directly before a paid plan begins.

Private Quran and Dari/Persian plans

Prices are in EUR, per learner, for one selected program. Every class is 40 minutes. Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. No automatic renewal applies. A separate plan is required for each private program, and a plan cannot be transferred between learners.

  • 4-week plan, 1 class per week: 4 paid classes, €49 total.
  • 4-week plan, 2 classes per week: 8 paid classes, €69 total.
  • 4-week plan, 4 classes per week: 16 paid classes, €99 total.
  • 12-week plan, 1 class per week: 12 paid classes, €119 total.
  • 12-week plan, 2 classes per week: 24 paid classes, €129 total.
  • 12-week plan, 4 classes per week: 48 paid classes, €229 total.

Afghan Culture & Islamic Ethics is a separate group program. Its pricing and cohort arrangements are communicated separately and are not included in these private-plan prices.

Plan validity

The 4-week plan has six-week final validity from the first paid class. The 12-week plan has sixteen-week final validity from the first paid class. The extra time is only for eligible rescheduled or make-up classes. Unused classes expire at the end of the applicable validity period.

Scheduling, cancellations and attendance

  • At least 24 hours’ notice: an affected class may be rescheduled once, subject to teacher availability and plan expiry, and is not treated as used.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice on a 4-week plan: the class is treated as used, with no automatic make-up.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice on a 12-week plan: the learner may use up to four late-cancellation make-up credits across the entire plan. Each make-up is subject to teacher availability and plan expiry. After those credits are used, a later late cancellation is treated as a used class.
  • No-show: A no-show is treated as a used class. It does not automatically use a 12-week make-up credit.
  • Salaam Center or teacher cancellation: if the teacher or Salaam Center cancels, the class is rescheduled without using a learner class or make-up credit.
  • Technical failure: a teacher-side or Salaam Center technical failure is rescheduled without using a learner class or make-up credit. Learner-side technical problems are considered according to the circumstances.
  • Late arrival: a late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time or create a make-up entitlement.

Plan support and longer-plan benefits

Both plan lengths include private one-to-one lessons, a private family learning communication space, suitable interactive quizzes, parent or adult-learner communication, and teacher-cancellation protection.

Eligible 12-week learners also receive access to 12 short Culture & Character mini-lessons, up to four late-cancellation make-up credits, extended quizzes and revision activities, and additional age-appropriate educational videos and learning resources. Progress summaries are provided every four weeks. The mini-lessons are supplementary resources, not extra private 40-minute classes and not the Afghan Culture & Islamic Ethics group program.

Digital certificate of completion

Digital certificate of completion for eligible 12-week-plan learners.

At least 80% of scheduled paid classes must be completed.

Any outstanding payment obligation must be resolved.

The certificate acknowledges participation and completion.

It is not an academic accreditation, qualification or government-recognised certificate.

Parents, guardians and safeguarding

For a learner under 18, a parent or guardian remains responsible for communication, scheduling and appropriate supervision arrangements. Teachers must not privately contact children outside lessons without prior parent or guardian involvement and permission.

Availability and third-party services

Salaam Center does not guarantee a particular teacher, schedule or learning result. Online lessons require reasonable internet and device access. A late connection or learner-side device problem may affect the available lesson time.

WhatsApp and video providers are independent third-party services. Salaam Center does not guarantee that a third-party service, internet connection or device will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Consumer cancellation, refunds and withdrawal

Consumer cancellation, refund and withdrawal rights apply where required by applicable law. Any service-specific refund information is communicated before payment. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

Salaam Center may update these Terms prospectively. The Terms accepted for an existing purchase remain applicable to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
